Guests will arrive at Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay, Jamaica. A valid passport is required for travel and should be up to date prior to departure.

You will need a valid and current passport. Passports that will expire within 6 (six) months of your trip will likely not be accepted for international travel. Please check your passport expiration date as soon as possible to allow for what will likely be extended processing time delays if you do need to renew.

Once you arrive, complimentary round-trip airport transfers will be provided by the hotel, making your journey to and from Moon Palace Jamaica seamless and stress-free.

Flexible Payment Options
We offer two easy ways to pay for your trip. You can secure your spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance in full by the final deadline, or choose a payment plan with scheduled installments on May 23, June 29, and August 1.

If you join the payment plan after May 23, your first payment will include both your deposit and the missed May installment to keep your plan on track.

You’ll be able to select your preferred payment option directly on the booking form.

*Reservations and Payments will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Payments made after the initial deposit are refundable until the final payment due date, August 1, 2026.

Booking Details

• Once your reservation is booked, you will receive a secure payment link (for future payments) and your reservation confirmation will be attached. 

• Included in your initial reservation is only the room and all airport transfers. If desired, the following must be booked separately - Airfare, travel insurance, VIP airport arrival service - and noted in the booking form.

• Please note the following regarding payments:
  • Only one (1) credit card is accepted to pay for the room even if you are sharing with a roommate. It must be the same credit card that will be placed on file by the hotel for all your payments.
  • Payments are accepted only on scheduled dates after initial deposit on May 23, June 29 and August 1, 2026.

• Flights can be purchased either on your own or with the help of Althea. If flights are needed, please indicate "yes" on the booking form and Althea will quote flights with deposit. Flights are payable in full when booked. Acceptable payment for booking flights with Althea is through a valid credit card only. Althea CANNOT accept credit card points or frequent flyer miles.

• Passports must be more than 6 months from expiration on travel date.

• If you book your own flights, Althea will need all your flight details no later than August 15, 2026 in order for you to receive your complimentary airport transfers. The earlier the better. Inform Althea via email at destinationletsgotravel@gmail.com that you have your flight details. 

Travel protection is strongly recommended. You must either complete the form to purchase coverage or complete the waiver form during booking.
