There are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat at the time but you’re always welcome to wear a mask if you like. We will be providing N-95 masks on hand if needed.

Keep in mind that we don’t give refunds if you have to cancel, which makes it all the more important that your travel insurance includes Covid-related cancellations.

On your day of leisure, you can go at your own pace. You can relax or take the opportunity to explore or participate in an optional activity of your choice. These items are an additional cost.
Port Zante is a cruise terminal and commercial zone in Basseterre that offers shoppers a range of duty-free goods including liquor and watches, plus local crafts and souvenirs.
The Port Zante complex has more than 60 shops to explore, all within walking distance from the pier.
Shopping time: 4 hours
Cost: $200/person USD
This is quite an immersive adventure. It is a cooking experience which takes place on a Rastafarian farm. The cuisine is vegan. Participants would harvest their ingredients on the farm and then cook them as instructed by Chef Ras Iroy.
Participants in groups of two or three individuals would have their own pot and fire. Participants would dine on the food they cooked. This tour is in Nevis. Transportation is included.

Discover the wild side of St. Kitts during this thrilling all-terrain vehicle (ATV) trip through the island's rugged interior. Along the way you'll have time to gain insight into the island's culture during stops at the historical sugar plantation.
Your St. Kitts ATV tour also includes a safety briefing, all equipment, entrance fees and round-trip transport from your hotel.

- Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD registration deposit.
- Submission of Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via a signed letter or email. The date and time of receipt will determine eligibility for refunds under the cancellation terms.
- More than 45 days before the trip start date (before May 31, 2025): A full refund will be issued, minus any related banking fees and the initial deposit.
- Within 45 days of the trip start date (May 31 - July 15, 2025): No refunds will be issued.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).
- Protect Your Investment: Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. It's STRONGLY recommended that you consider purchasing travel insurance for this event (particularly "cancel for any reason" coverage) to protect yourself.
- Cancellation fees: Cancellations may be subject to additional fees, including event or tour ticket costs, or other charges related to your trip.
- Entry Requirements: It is your responsibility to verify any entry requirements (including, but not limited to, passports, visas, and immunizations) for traveling to and from this event.
- Risks and Expenses: VStyle Productions & Destination Let's Go (event retreat hosts) and Nevis Sun Tours (event trip supplier) cannot be held responsible in any way for risks and expenses associated with your attendance that are outside its control including, but not limited to, pandemics and epidemics.
- Refunds due to Weather Conditions: Refunds due to weather may be considered if inclement weather prevents the program, tour, or event from proceeding as scheduled. Nevis Sun Tours, retreat supplier, will determine if conditions are safe for the event to continue.
- No-Show Policy: Refunds will not be issued for guests who fail to arrive to the retreat at the designated time and location hosted.
